As a journalist with Fairfax Media, Belinda Cranston regularly wrote for the Sydney Morning Herald and the Sun Herald from 2005 to 2008. She later worked as a breaking news journalist in Sydney and at Parliament House, Canberra, for the news wire service, Australian Associated Press (AAP). A secondment to the UK in 2010 and 2011, where she worked as a journalist for the Press Association, renewed her love of all things English. Belinda has also filled communications roles in the higher education, not-for-profit and corporate sector. Her first novel is set in the UK and the Middle East.
