Betsy Roberts

Betsy Roberts grew up and spent most of her working life (in public libraries) on the Far North Coast of NSW. After leaving full-time work in 1998 she enrolled in the James Cook University Creative Writing Course and has subsequently had stories published in Vacations & Travel MagazineThe Australian Women’s Weekly and the Prana Writers’ Gold Coast Anthology, “Undertow”. With the help of Peter Bishop and a LitLink Fellowship in 2006, the manuscript for “Summer Feet” was developed, and this was published as a first novel in December 2016 by Malua Publishing. She is currently working towards a short story collection.
